The Ebell Club of Long Beach holds a very special place in my heart. No, I did not get married there, but I would have if they held weddings there ten years ago. For the past five years, Ebell has come alive as one of Long Beach ’s most historic wedding venues, bringing happiness to brides and grooms from all over Southern California. Built in 1924 and nestled in a residential neighborhood, it’s hard to drive by and not think: “WOW! What a beautiful building!!”
Inside is even more spectacular with its Mediterranean Courtyard, vintage Parlor and grand Dining Room. Although I usually set up the weddings with flowers a couple of hours before the event, I have been fortunate to experience the Ebell as a guest and not just a florist…and it is just magical!!! It’s like stepping back in time – just as elegant and glamorous as you would imagine it to have been in 1924!
